He conducts site visits and consultations with clients regarding key aspects of incapacity, disability and Employee Health and Wellness, as well as occupational health services. | |

| Dr Jaco FolmerDr Jaco Folmer has experience in travel medicine, occupational health including disability and incapacity management medical surveillance, occupational injuries and diseases as well as legislative aspects pertaining to incapacity and disability. | |

| Ms Nadine PienaarChief operating officer Ms Nadine Pienaar manages the operational aspects of Thandile. She has been with Thandile since inception and is also a director of the company. All administrative, operational and personnel aspects of the company fall under her direction. | |
