The document management system was initially designed to cater for confidential medical information relating to ill health retirement applications and has since been customized to address the various aspects of health risk management.
With the ever increasing demand from clients for shorter reporting cycles, Thandile reviewed its processes and developed systems to direct and facilitate tasks as required throughout the health risk management process. Thandile therefore made substantial financial investment to refine a system, capable of managing the lifecycle of all tasks and supplying all the necessary process and management information.
The system, built on the renowned BMC Remedy AR System platform, houses our comprehensive database and is continuously updated. Thandile has the capability to accept and manage documents in various formats and by various document management enablers. | |
