Payment and administration

Thandile is currently responsible for the processing and verification of claims to ensure prompt payment to more than 400 service providers. This complex process requires monthly reconciliations between the Health Risk Manager, departments and medical practitioners. 

The highly effective payment system is valued by all beneficiaries and clients due to its distinct advantages such as reduced administration, an immediate track and trace option and effective control measures.
