The latest addition to our document management system is the Thandile Client Access Portal (T – CAP).This portal allows clients to access information from Thandile’s extensive document management system via a self-help web front end. Access to the web portal is assigned to designated officials within the departments only. Secure access is managed with usernames and passwords associated with specific roles and responsibilities.
The multi-tenancy configuration ensures restricted access in line with client structures. An additional level of security is ensured via a code encryption device associated with a specific user, preventing unauthorised access.
